Michael D. Black
Chief Executive Officer
Michael “Mike” Black serves as Dent Wizard’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He leads the development and implementation of the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives. Mike is a highly engaged leader that works closely with the organization’s senior leadership team and promotes a high touch approach combined with a multi-pronged communication strategy with employees and clients. He passionately leads all areas of the business. Having started his career at Dent Wizard as a District Manager in 2013, Mike has held several leadership positions including President, Chief Operating Officer, Sr. Vice President-Operations, Regional Vice President, and Managing Director.
As the 2020 recipient of Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award from Heartland, Mike is adamant about maintaining a serving mindset and focuses tremendous effort on ensuring the company’s core values serve as a guide for all employees and business partners. Prior to Dent Wizard, Mike owned and operated two service-oriented businesses. He also worked for PepsiCo in business development, regional sales/operations for 8 years. Mike serves as a director on two independent outside boards (Rough Country and Board of Business Executives). Additionally, Mike serves as the Executive Sponsor to our sister company Sonsio Vehicle Protection.
Mike is a graduate of Antioch University in Ohio. Currently residing in the St. Louis area, Mike is actively involved in the lives of his two sons, Ty and Troy.
Bryan Wynn
Chief Financial Officer
Bryan Wynn serves as Dent Wizard Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to CEO Mike Black, Bryan oversees Dent Wizard’s financial planning & analysis, accounting, mergers & acquisitions, pricing strategy, sales operations, and a host of other critically important initiatives, while serving on the team that helps steer and guide the company’s initiatives and strategies. Prior to joining Dent Wizard, Bryan spent 12 years at Bain Capital, most recently serving as an executive vice president, where he supported Bain’s investment in Dealer Tire LLC, Dent Wizard’s parent company for the last three years. Working with Dealer Tire, Bryan held numerous leadership roles focused on the firm’s industrial and services investments, leading the transformation at Simple Tire, working on the diligence and acquisition of Dent Wizard. He also served an influential role in the development of our blueprint strategy.
Bryan resides in Massachusetts along with his wife Katherine and three young children: Caroline, Samuel, and Teddy.
Tamara L. Conner
Senior Vice President
Tamara "Tammy" Conner serves as Dent Wizard’s Senior Vice President. Tammy works in conjunction with our CFO to coordinate all aspects of finance, accounting, and information technology. Beginning her career at Dent Wizard in 1995, Tammy has held numerous leadership roles, including International Regional Controller, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President of Accounting and Finance and most recently as Dent Wizard’s first Chief Information and Accounting Officer. During her time as CIAO, Tammy played an integral role in the cultivation of Dent Wizard’s cohesive and stabilized finance and technology landscape.
Tammy is a graduate of McKendry University in Lebanon, Illinois and is an active member of the Columbia, IL area, where she resides with her family, including two teenage sons: Kyle and Dylan.
Michael Federowich
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael Fedorowich serves as Dent Wizard’s Chief Revenue Officer. He reports to CEO Mike Black and is responsible for the development and cultivation of new and expanding accounts through the leadership of our Sales Team. Having joined Dent Wizard as a franchisee owner in 1992, Michael has spent the last 31 years cultivating a market that is rich in opportunity as well as actionable successes. Michael’s steadfast tenacity and leadership have provided his team with some of the most recognized and profitable advancements within the Dent Wizard history. In his previous roles of Sr. Vice President and Regional Vice President, Michael maintained the financial, operational, structural, and executive decision-making responsibilities within his markets and later for his regions.
Michael resides with his wife Janet in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
