To succeed in PDR, you do not need to have body shop experience.
In fact, you don’t need to come from any specific type of background to be successful.

We have hired and trained people from hundreds of different backgrounds and job descriptions. (We do, however, require that paint technicians have some experience in minor paint and body repair.)

For all Dent Wizard careers, we look for excellent customer service skills, strong mechanical aptitude, the desire to learn and perform a highly skilled craft and a strong sense of self-motivation.

We’re looking for people with an attitude…a customer service attitude.

PDR technicians must possess good physical strength, manual dexterity, attention to detail and good problem solving skills.

Finally, it also requires a good driving record, and good eyesight.
