Technician Career Path

At Dent Wizard, we feel it is our responsibility to provide on-going training and advancement opportunities. The Levels of Achievement program is a career path designed to benefit, reward and motivate technicians to continually learn and grow with the company while maximizing their earning potential.

Throughout your career, Dent Wizard will provide training opportunities to increase both your skills and your income. Your commission rates rise with every level of employment that you achieve. There are many rewards to a long career with Dent Wizard. Unlimited earning potential is just one of them! Here are the levels of achievement available to individuals trained and employed by Dent Wizard.

Wizard Technician
          -Successful completion of the eight-week training course in St. Louis, Missouri

Senior Technician
          -One year of continuous service as a full-time Dent Wizard PDR Technician
          -Successful completion of the Senior Training course 
          -First year performance appraisal rating of ‘Good’ or better

Master Technician
          -Two years of continuous service as a full-time Dent Wizard PDR Technician
          -Demonstration of a high level of proficiency in the Dent Wizard Process during attendance at the Master Training course
          -Most recent performance appraisal rating of ‘Very Good’ or better

Four Star Master Technician
          -Three years of service as a Master Technician
          -Demonstration of a high level of proficiency in the Dent Wizard Process during attendance at the Four Star Training course
          -Completion of the Four Star Leadership course
          -Most recent annual performance appraisal rating of ‘Very Good’ or better

Five Star Master Technician
          -Two years of service as a Four Star Master Technician
          -Experience as a Field Trainer or Lead Technician
          -Completion of the Five Star Leadership course
          -Most recent annual performance appraisal rating of ‘Very Good’ or better

Note: In cases where a new employee has previous PDR experience, Dent Wizard conducts an evaluation to determine proper starting level. No new hire will be eligible to start at the Four Star Master Technician level or higher.
