How To Enroll In Benefits
At Dent Wizard, we value your health and wellness and understand your need for quality affordable care. As a full time Dent Wizard employee, you and your family are eligible to participate in Dent Wizard's comprehensive benefits offerings.
Your benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days from your date of hire. Enrollment must be done prior to your effective date.

Q: When is the best time to enroll in health and welfare coverage?
A: The best time to enroll or waive coverage is before your 30th day of employment. If you fail to enroll you will be unable to enroll until the next Open Enrollment period. If you do not wish to have Dent Wizard benefits at this time you will need to waive your option to enroll by emailing email@example.com. You can enroll if you experience a Qualifying Life Event or during an annual open enrollment period.
The enrollment guides in this section will provide valuable information on your benefit options and instructions on how to enroll by phone through Benefits Educators.
To enroll with Benefit Educators, schedule your phone call online at dtfamily.mybenefits.pro and they will call you at the time you choose to enroll you over the phone. Please be sure to have the full names, birthdates and social security numbers of the dependents you will be covering on your plans.
Verify your Coverage on ADP
Employees will need to verify all changes and enrollments by checking ADP for accuracy. Checking your 2021 benefits statement via the ADP smartphone app or online at workforcenow.adp.com is easy.
How to check via your smartphone app:
Go to Benefits. Click on your benefits. Change the date in the date box to your benefits effective date.
How to check via the ADP website:
Log on to https://workforcenow.adp.com
Click on myself. Go to enrollments under benefits tab. View benefits. In the date box type in your benefits effective date.
Mid- Year Enrollment:
Once your benefits have started you will not be able to make changes unless you experience a qualifying life event or during an annual enrollment period.
Examples of qualifying events include the following:
Change of legal marital status (e.g., marriage, divorce, death of spouse, legal separation)
Change in number of dependents (e.g., birth, adoption, death of dependent, ineligibility due to age)
Change in employment or job status
You must notify Dent Wizard’s Benefits Office within 30 days of your qualifying life event. If you do not make changes during this time, you may have to wait until next annual enrollment to make your change.
Annual Open Enrollment
Annual enrollment is your yearly opportunity to review your current benefits and make changes for the upcoming plan year. During annual enrollment you can add, change, or decline coverage. You can also add or drop family members during this time.
Dent Wizard’s Annual Open Enrollment Period happens in the fall each year. Employees should watch for notices outlining important dates. Notices are mailed to homes and sent via email to the employee’s dentwizard.com email address. It is up to employees to check for messages.
Enrollments made during an annual open enrollment cannot be changed or revoked until the next annual enrollment period unless the employee experiences a Qualifying Life Event.
To ensure accuracy of your benefits employees should verify their coverage online as described in this section under Very Your Coverage on ADP. Use the date 01/01/YYYY (year of the new benefits)
