Dent Wizard is continuously searching for the most talented, quality people to join the company and we are now growing more than ever and you can get in on the action.

When you refer a person who then is hired for a qualifying position and remains in the job for at least six months, you will receive a payment of $1,000*.

Qualifying positions include:

  • Auto Body Painters
  • Automotive Wheel Repair Technicians
  • Paintless Dent Removal Technicians
  • Automotive Interior Repair Technicians
  • Auto Body Repair Technicians
  • Automotive Locksmiths

The process of submitting a referral easier than ever. Just complete the Referral Information boxes below, if you have more than one candidate to refer, you need to complete a separate submission for each person. When that form is completed a member of Talent Acquisition will contact you to verify your referral and gather any additional contact information on the referral.

*Referral Reward amount may vary based on position type and/or location – minimum reward amount is $1,000.

Referral Payout Process

Your referral reward will be paid out as follows:

1st Payment of $300 – paid out the 1st of the month after 30 days of the new technician's employment.

Final Payment of $700 – paid out the 1st of the month after 6 months of the new technician's employment.

All referral rewards will be paid out to via a Visa gift card that is overnighted to your home address.

Starting Your PDR Career with Dent Wizard

  1. Start by completing an on-line application.
  2. One of our managers or recruiting specialists will be in contact for a brief phone interview.
  3. Complete a personality assessment to identify any challenges you may have in working in our industry. We prefer this to be done prior to a personal interview.
  4. The recruiter or area manager will schedule an in-person interview to conduct a more in-depth interview
  5. A successful interview will include a brief test to ensure your physical ability to bend and move your body in ways that are required for a technician to be successful.
  6. Going through training is a large commitment for both you and Dent Wizard. To be sure about your interest and ability to do the job we ask that candidates who have not been in the industry spend some time (between 2 and 4 hours) with one of our technicians so you can see and experience what the day to day work consists of before committing to the job. We refer to this as a “ride along”.
  7. Finally, if offered employment you will be asked to complete an eye exam and background check (criminal and driving) before coming to training in St. Louis.
