Launched in June 2024, Dent Wizard formed the Technician Advisory Board (TAB), a pivotal initiative that was designed to drive engagement, enhance company culture, and foster collaboration and innovation across all levels of the organization. This revolutionary board was formed as a direct result of technician feedback, drawing on years of experience and firsthand technician experience to serve as the voice of Dent Wizard technicians.
The Goals and Purpose of TAB
The Technician Advisory Board was established to offer valuable insights, share best practices, and champion positive change within Dent Wizard. The TAB’s primary mission is to drive engagement within the company to ensure that all members are propelling the Dent Wizard culture forward by fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
The TAB is also designed to act as ambassadors of change within the field, providing timely, relevant insights into field operations and experiences within the company and facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge among technicians. TAB members serve as trusted advisors in all areas of the organization, having a direct hand in strategic initiatives to impact outcomes and creating a platform for addressing concerns. To fully support the organization, the TAB focuses on all aspects of Dent Wizard operations, including technical, training, tooling, process, and strategic initiatives.
Technician Advisory Board Membership
Dent Wizard’s Technician Advisory Board consists of the company’s CEO, Vice President of People, Strategy, and Culture, the Director of Communications and Executive Administration, and 3 technicians per division, including one leadership-selected member and 2 self-nominated members. Each technician will serve on the board for 2 years, participating in monthly virtual board meetings, quarterly Ops Leadership Meetings, and Bi-Annual Wizard Summit and Mid-Year meetings.
Technicians interested in representing their region on the TAB can nominate themselves for membership. Nominations are reviewed by Dent Wizard’s leadership team, both executive and divisional, to finalize members for the 2-year service period.
