Dent Wizard Names Wounded Warrior Project Chosen Partner for Vehicles of Hope

Dent Wizard, in collaboration with Dealer Tire Enterprise, is proud to run the Vehicles of Hope program, an initiative that works to raise money for non-profit organizations across the country. Every three years, a company-wide vote decides the Vehicles of Hope Chosen Partner, who will be our dedicated charity for all non-profit outings, events, and initiatives.

After this year’s company-wide vote, the Wounded Warrior Project was selected as Dent Wizard’s Chosen Partner, making them our primary non-profit partner for the next 3 years.

What is the Wounded Warrior Project?

The Wounded Warrior Project (WPP) was established in 2003 to honor and empower wounded veterans. What started as a grassroots effort to provide simple care and comfort items to hospital bedsides of wounded service members has evolved into direct programs that support mental health, career counseling, long-term rehabilitative care, and advocacy efforts for veterans across the country.

The organization’s ultimate vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history, which they strive to accomplish through dedicated programs and services that focus on improving veterans’ quality of life, comfort, and mental health. Through donations, volunteer work, and advocacy efforts, WPP helps improve the lives of veterans and service members.

What is Vehicles of Hope?

Vehicles of Hope is the dedicated non-profit program of Dent Wizard and Dealer Tire Enterprise. This program raises funds and promotes awareness for a dedicated non-profit organization through fundraising events, outings, and campaigns. Every three years, Vehicles of Hope selects a Chosen Partner to be the focus of all fundraising and advocacy efforts.

Dent Wizard also runs a payroll deduction campaign that allows employees to pledge a recurring or one-time payroll deduction that is automatically donated to the Chosen Partner. This year’s payroll deduction campaign gives employees the opportunity to effect direct change through tax-deductible contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project.
