The path to employment
Start by completing an on-line application. One of our managers or recruiting specialists will be in contact for a brief phone interview.
Dent Wizard also asks candidates to complete a personality assessment to identify any challenges you may have in working in our industry. We prefer this to be done prior to a personal interview.
The recruiter or area manager will schedule an in-person interview to conduct a more in-depth interview and conduct a brief test to ensure your physical ability to bend and move your body in ways that are required for a technician to be successful.
Going through training is a large commitment for both you and Dent Wizard. To be sure about your interest and ability to do the job we ask that candidates who have not been in the industry spend some time (between 2 and 4 hours) with one of our technicians so you can see and experience what the day to day work consists of before committing to the job.
Finally, if offered employment you will be asked to complete an eye exam, background check (criminal and driving) and drug screen before coming to training in St. Louis.
