Continued Growth of Dent Wizard’s F&I Business Leads to New Call Center
ST. LOUIS, January 23, 2017 – Dent Wizard International, the global leader in automotive reconditioning and SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques) repairs and F&I appearance plans, recently moved its F&I division, customer service and claims management team to a new facility near the company’s St. Louis headquarters. The move was driven by the continued growth of Dent Wizard’s F&I business, which comprises the Ding Shield product line and other white label custom appearance programs.
The new 3,800 sq. ft. Call Center, located just one mile from Dent Wizard’s headquarters, will accommodate all full-time employees who manage phone/online claims and customer inquiries for consumers, as well as for Dent Wizard’s major partners, including auto dealership groups and F&I insurance companies. This team of employees has tripled in four years. The new space offers room for further growth.
Among the service enhancements that come with the move to the new Call Center is Dent Wizard’s transition to a web-based communications service. The service, from NewVoiceMedia operating on a Salesforce Service Cloud platform, ensures that communications will not be interrupted in the event of a landline phone system failure at the Call Center. It also allows Dent Wizard’s multi-lingual call center agents to work remotely, if necessary.
