Official Rules and Regulations 

Effective as of 27, March, 2015

These rules apply to all Dent Wizard International #winitwednesday contests. 

1. For the purpose of clarification, all of these definitions will apply:

1. The Promoter is defined as: Dent Wizard International whose registered office is at 4710 Earth City Expressway, Bridgeton MO, 63044.
2. The Entrant is defined as: Any individual Facebook user who uses their Facebook avatar to post a comment of any kind (text, picture, etc.) on the Promoter’s #winitwednesday contest Facebook post.
3. The Winner is defined as: Any Entrant who’s Facebook avatar has been drawn at random and is chosen to receive the Prize.
4. The Prize is defined as the item Dent Wizard chooses to give to the Winner upon winning the contest.

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Contest.
2. This contest will close 8:30 am the day directly following the date of the original Facebook post opening the contest up for entries.  After this time, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. The rules of the contest and the Prize for each Winner are as follows: An Entrant will gain 1 (one) entry into the contest by posting 1 (one) comment on the original #winitwednesday post by 8:30 am the following day. 1 (one) person will be drawn at random to win the Prize.  The Prize will be a gift card to be redeemed at the leisure of the Winner. The Promoter will send the Winner the gift card via email. The Winner is responsible for making The Promoter aware if the gift card does not make it to the provided email address within 24 (twenty four) hours of the time the gift card was sent.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to delete any and/or all posts that can be considered inappropriate, or off topic (spam) by the Dent Wizard International. If the Entrant’s comment has been deleted under these terms, that entry into the contest will also be forfeited. 
6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to add additional Prizes and/or an additional Winner(s) to the contest without any notice whatsoever. 
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details about the Prize or the contest supplied to any Entrant or possible Entrant by any third party connected or not connected with the Promotor or this contest.
9. No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable. The Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value (as decided by the Promotor) without giving any notice whatsoever.
10. Winners will be chosen at random via http://www.fanpagekarma.com/facebook-promotion. 
11. The Prize will be 20 (twenty) U.S. dollars in the form of a gift card. 
12. The following rules apply to any and/or all gift card Prizes:
1. The Prize can only be redeemed at www.amazon.com or any other websites allowed by amazon.com.
2. The gift card Prize is only available in 1 (one) form of currency (U.S. dollars), and The Promoter cannot swap the gift card for another form of currency. 
3. The Winner may be required to have an amazon.com account in order to redeem the gift card for merchandise at www.amazon.com

13. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter via Facebook within an hour of the Winner being drawn. The Winner will be told how to receive the Prize upon winning. Due to Facebook not allowing company owned pages to contact individual Facebook users, the method for the Winner to claim the Prize will be as follows: the Winner must contact Dent Wizard on Facebook. If the Winner does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner.
14. Winner must have a valid Facebook account to enter the contest and/or win the Prize.
15. Other Facebook “pages” may comment on the post, but their comments will not be counted as entries. If a “Page”’s comments are drawn to be the Winner, that invalid winning entry will be discarded and another Winner will be drawn using the same process.
16. Winner must have a valid, usable email address to receive the Prize.
17. A Winner cannot win more than once in one months time, defined as starting on the date of one month and ending the same date in the next month. (i. e. If an Entrant wins on the 27th of October, then they are not eligible to win until the 27th of November, and so on.) If a Winner is drawn during that time frame, their winning entry will be discarded and a new Winner will be selected at random via the same process.
18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this contest, an Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
21. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and Facebook avatar’s image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other Entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Entrant’s prior consent.
22. The Winners name will be available to view on our Facebook page, possibly indefinitely, and will not be deleted unless by request of the Winner.
23. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network or other third party.
25. IMPORTANT: The information you provide to enter the contest is often times promoted on the “News Feeds” of those who you are “friends” with on Facebook, their Facebook “friends”, or other persons who “like” and/or follow the Dent Wizard International Facebook page. This includes your Facebook username, your comment and all of it’s content, the time you posted the comment, and any and all subsequent comments on the post. This is done by Facebook and The Promoter has no control over this action. The Promoter asks that all Entrants please post with this information in mind. 
26. The information the Entrant provides to enter the contest (which consists only of the Entrant’s comment on the original post) will be available publicly to any one with a Facebook account. Any Facebook user in the world can view the Dent Wizard International Facebook Page. Often times, Facebook will also allow persons without Facebook accounts to view certain parts of the Dent Wizard International Facebook page without notice. 
27. Upon winning, the Entrant’s entry in the contest, along with their Facebook user name, and any additional provided content, may also be promoted on any/all of The Promoter’s social media networks without notice. All of The Promoter’s other social media networks are also publicly available to nearly anyone that wishes to seek them. The Promoter asks that all Entrants please post with this information in mind.
28. The information provided by the Winner to claim the Prize (which consists only of the Winner’s personal, valid, and usable email address) will never be sold or given to any other party. In addition, The Promoter will never send emails to the email address except for in regard to winning the contest, and to send the gift card as the Prize for doing such.
